Karon has 20 years’ experience as a chief executive, chair, and non-executive board member of local, regional, and national charities. Skilled at fundraising,  problem-solving, negotiation, innovation, and finance. In 2010 Karon launched Citrus Consultancy since then she has been working with a wide range of charities across England and Scotland and helped to raise in excess of £10.5 million in grant income.
