Karen’s Digital/Business Transformation leadership roles allowed her to gain experience through a variety of diverse responsibilities. Each role provided Karen with the opportunity to continually develop and build strong transformational and influential leadership capabilities.

Karen has expertise in Digital Strategy, Project/Programme Management, IT and Business Change Management, Corporate Risk Management, Programme Governance and Workforce Planning. She wishes to use her skills and experience to give back, by supporting the outstanding work Blue Triangle undertake and on their on-going journey to achieve their vision.

Karen’s downtime is spent having walks in the park (many very soggy walks) with her dog Beau, who is a 4 year old Australian Labradoodle. She also enjoy Pilates and strength training.
