Jonathon has over 20 years of IT/HR experience, covering all things digital across a variety of sectors and disciplines. He has worked in a number of heavily regulated businesses and has played a key part in governance and risk management at all levels, including adherence to regulations like GDPR. Jonathon brings a passion for automation, governance and getting the most out of people and technology.

Jonathon says:

Blue Triangle has had a place in my heart for nearly 20 years, since I found myself in one of the worst periods of my life, ending up as a resident in our Clydesdale Street service in Hamilton back in 2003/4. I owe my life, and everything I’ve achieved ever since, to Blue Triangle and all these years later we’re still doing that for so many people who need our help– giving them the love, care and safe space that they desperately need. Since joining our Board around 13 months ago, I’ve been blown away by the contributions of every team member in this business, and everything that you bring to work every single day.

I’m passionate about bringing the human touch and I pride myself on being very approachable. I want to make sure that we, as a Board, are also approachable and more importantly, human, as we’re all in this for the same reason. As I step into this new role as chair, I want to make sure that we are continuing to put our staff and our supported people, at the forefront of everything we do.
