The support we provide is always person-centred, trauma-informed and wellbeing focused. As Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing safe, secure, supported accommodation for homeless people within your service. You will manage and lead a team delivering quality housing support/accommodation and housing management service and to support people with multi-complex needs/homeless in crisis (and/or previously looked after or accommodated young people) to build their skills and confidence to sustain their own tenancy.

You will already be a registered manager with the Scottish Social Services Council, hold a minimum of SCQF Level 7 in Social Care and have experience of managing and motivating a team.
Oban has two services, Solas Street which houses 5 residents with age ranging from 18 plus and Shore Street flats, which houses 15 residents but can take couples also from ages 16 years plus. If you wish to find out more about this role please contact [email protected]

Working Pattern: 9am-5pm, Monday – Friday.
