We always aim to get it right, but we know sometimes that’s not the case.
If we didn’t get things right, we’ll listen and learn to stop it happening again.
Our complaints policy follows the Scottish Public Service Ombudsman complaint handling model guidelines.
Blue Triangle are a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) and are regulated by the Scottish Housing Regulator. Where possible we try to resolve all complaints made directly to us, however should you have a Significant Performance Failure that you want to raise with SHR, you can find further information on the SHR website and within the Complaints and Serious Concerns leaflet. There is a form available on the SHR website to submit your concerns. Our Complaints Policy, which outlines the process for dealing with complaints received, can be viewed here.
