Our Senior Leadership Team

Gary Meek, CEO

Gary Meek joined Blue Triangle as Chief Executive in 2023, bringing extensive leadership experience from across Scotland’s charity and social care sectors. Prior to joining Blue Triangle, Gary spent eight years as CEO of Glasgow Council on Alcohol and also held senior roles at Ayrshire College, Crossroads Caring Scotland and Victim Support Scotland.

Gary has a long-standing commitment to improving support for people affected by homelessness, addiction and trauma. As Chair of the Scottish Alcohol Counselling Consortium (SACC), he strengthened the organisation’s national partnerships, expanded its specialist counselling training, and helped secure sustainable funding for its future.

In 2025, Gary was appointed to the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA) Board, contributing his expertise in homelessness support and supported housing.

Gary is also a contributor to national discussions on housing, homelessness and the vital role of the third sector.

Leanne Keegan, Head of Development & Corporate Services

Leanne Keegan joined Blue Triangle in February 2022 after working in Social Care for over 12 years. Her background and expertise is in business development and project management in the third, public and private sectors.Her strategic focus has been developing new social care services and new build supported housing. Specifically, she has worked with commissioners to design new build housing for individuals with complex need.

Lesley Munro

Director of Operations
Lesley Munro has been with Blue Triangle for 26 years and is qualified as a registered manager to SVQ4 level in Health & Social Care. She was involved in the development and delivery of Tenancy Sustainment across a number of our services which was purchased by a number of SWD and she was instrumental in securing and delivering the BF matrix across all of our services and the lead in developing this for ourselves and the BF steering group.Lesley secured European Funding via Rural Partnership to deliver Housing First in South Lanarkshire which ultimately led to us securing additional funding from ADP to lead in IFS service in SLC which has expanded over the years due to its success. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

    Jonathan Hempsey

    Head of HR
    Jonathan Hempsey joined Blue Triangle in November 2020 as Head of HR, bringing over 14 years of experience in Human Resources. With a background in the legal sector and a BA Honours in Business and Law, he has a strong understanding of employment legislation and a person-centred approach to HR.He has led on improvements in recruitment, retention, absence and performance management, as well as policy and system development. Jonathan is committed to creating a fair, supportive and approachable HR service and brings his experience as a qualified sports coach into his leadership style.
