Elisa Campanaro has worked across a number of sectors (not for profit, public, private and government), industries including chemicals, energy, housing and facilities management, and roles primarily in human resources, operations, sales and marketing.

She has more than 20 years non-executive experience, largely in the third sector in Canada and since moving to Scotland in late 2018, is now on the Board at Blue Triangle and on the Board of a for-profit subsidiary of Southside Housing, both in Glasgow.

Elisa has been a Board Member since 2019 as she saw a connection from the issues of homelessness and social housing to her work experience and felt she could make a difference.

As a Board Member, Elisa sees her role as ensuring that Blue Triangle strives for continuous improvement as a leader in the sector, within its leadership and staff and for the service users.  Further, drawing on her governance background she looks to appropriately oversee risk and financial performance.

In addition to the Board, Elisa sits on the Delivery and Change, and Finance, Investment and Audit committees.
