We are looking for enthusiastic people who share our values (Kind, Passionate and Creative) to join our services accommodating and supporting people experiencing homelessness and empowering them to thrive.
Relief workers cover varied shifts on weekdays and weekends both within our residential and outreach services. We provide support, advice and assistance to individuals regarding practical skills, physical health and wellbeing and emotional support. We also provide opportunities to explore personal interests, occupation of time and positive social networks.
Relief work is an excellent stepping-stone into a career in social care; we will provide you with the relevant training and support, so no previous experience is necessary.
If successful, you will be required to register with the Scottish Social Services Council within 6 months of your start date.

Pay: £11.47 per hour
Hours of Work: Relief work is offered when shifts are available but there’s no obligation to accept the shift when offered.
Location: Relief Workers are required across all of our services, so you can choose which of our locations suit you best.
